With over 10 years’ of experience working in the mining and manufacturing industry across the continent and in South Africa, she specializes in creating bespoke people development, learning and transformation interventions in the areas of Wellness & Safety, Organisational & People Development and creating spaces for community and belonging. She is a published writer and an accomplished speaker and process facilitator, bringing her brand of academic rigor, energy and deep care for people to organizations.
